However, it sees far less play, and a partial reason to this may be that people don't know how to use said card. Due to it's "catch-all" ability, this is one of the few cards in Magic's history that I feel should be in the majority of Modern decks’ sideboards. 
Be careful, though, if both cards are already on the field. That way the efficiency of Counterbalance is limited, and it's possible because all of Sensei's's (grammar) are activated. Since its initial printing, it's been printed 4 additional times. A good strategy vs CounterTop is to name 'Sensei's Divining Top' with Needle.
